1. If you join this trip, you supposed to understand our terms & conditions.
2. The destination options may change depends on the special request, dinner beach set up, flight timetables, weather (dry/rainy season), sea currents, and restriction without prior notice from the National Park.
3. If you cannot complete scheduled destinations due to ill health whilst on board, please understand that there will be no refund given.
4. Check in time start from 10:00 AM, check out time maximum at 3 PM.
5. LaMaIn Voyage 1 is not liable for failure to perform their obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts on God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, volcanic ash cloud, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute or strike.
6. LaMaIn Voyage 1 is not responsible for any losses, damage, death, injuries or claims whatsoever arising from.
7. Registration is done by paying a down payment minimum 30% of the total cost of the rate (non-refundable).
8. The rest of the payment fees can be made no later than 7 days before the date agreed.
9. Registration without down payment can be cancelled without prior notice for participants.
10. If you have allergic to the foods/beverages please notify us at your earliest convenience.
11. There’s no exchange of towels & sheets during the trip due to eco-environtmentally friendly reason.
12. If you need documentations team, notify us at your earliest convenience.
13. There’s no extra charge (corkage) if you bring your own alcoholic beverages.
14. LaMaIn Voyage 1 has the right to charge additional if there is a request for service support by participants
