You must read all terms and conditions carefully and thoroughly, Lamain will not be responsible for different expectations, misreading, or misunderstanding caused by failure to read the terms and conditions. Lamain will not accept complaints regarding matters that have already been stated in the terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

• 30% of down payment (DP) is required for booking and lock the preffered date.

• Full payment must be completed 14 days before the trip.

• If the full payment is not made within 14 days, your reservation will be automatically canceled and all payments made are non-refundable.

• For children ages 7 years old and above will be fully charged.

CANCELLATION

• After registering, all payments made are non-refundable.

• 90 days to 61 days before the date trip: 50% of the tour package fee.

• 60 days to 31 days before the date trip: 75% of the tour package fee.

• 30 days to prior departure: 100% of the tour package fee.

BAD WEATHER

Bad weather conditions, such as high waves, heavy rain with thunderstorms, and other natural phenomena, can occur at any time without warning. However, if a natural phenomenon poses a safety risk and is confirmed by an official maritime authority warning (Harbormaster or BMKG warning), the trip will be rescheduled when conditions are safe or maximum one year from the date the trip was cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure refers to planned or sudden events beyond Lamain’s control, such as riots, accidents, flight cancellations, bad weather, natural disasters, airline terminations, disease outbreaks, border closures, destination closures, etc.

Any costs incurred during a force majeure events (such as extended hotel stays, flights, boat rentals, meals, and other expenses) will be the responsibility of the guest.

If a trip or destination is canceled due to force majeure, the trip will be rescheduled when conditions are safe or maximum one year from the date the trip was cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

ABNORMALITIES

• Lamain does not tolerate harassment (sexual, verbal, or any other form) toward Lamain’s staff or other guests.

• Lamain has the right to remove guests from the trip due to illegal activities, drug abuse,

disruption of order, security, or the comfort of others, and failure to comply with Lamain and local regulations. No refunds will be provided for trip termination.

• Lamain is not responsible for baggage delays or mishandling by airlines.

• Lamain is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings; please take care of your possessions.

• If a guest falls ill and requires hospitalization, preventing them from following the trip schedule, they will be accompanied by a Lamain team member or a local guide, with expenses covered by the guest.

• If a guest passes away during the trip due to natural causes, natural disasters, riots, third-party negligence, terrorism, or other causes not due to Lamain’s negligence, Lamain cannot be held liable, and all costs will be the responsibility of the guest.

• Guest with certain illness should inform the crew on board or guide.

LIABILITY

Lamain is committed to providing a smooth and unforgettable travel experience with safety, service, and punctuality. However, Lamain is not liable for various conditions outlined below:

• Incidents, accidents, delays, or baggage loss caused by airlines, other transportation providers, hotels, or third parties beyond Lamain’s control.

• Death of a participant due to illness, accidents, or other incidents.

• Visa rejections.

• Itinerary modifications.

• Other conditions beyond Lamain’s control.

Water activities must be carried out under the supervision of the guide or crew on board.

PRIVACY POLICY

We require a photo or copy of an ID card or passport for sailing permits.

We are committed to protecting our clients’ data from leaks or unauthorized access.

DOCUMENTATION

All documentation, such as photos, videos, and testimonials, are the property of Lamain and may be used for company purposes.

CORKAGE FEE

Corkage fee is a charge applied to guests who bring their own wine, champagne, or other beverages to be consumed on our premises.

ITINERARY

We are committed to executing your trip according to the given itinerary. However, the itinerary may be skipped, rearranged, or rescheduled depending on the conditions.

Lamain has the right to modify or rearrange the itinerary for safety reasons and convenience.

If Lamain adjusts the itinerary, no claims can be made against Lamain, and no refunds will be provided.
